This project is a new build Duplex in a Modern Contemporary style. The 2 storey townhouses feature timber on the facade and a 'hidden' garage door with Linear feature bricks and render finishes.

A coastal palette with wide appeal to the market was selected for the exterior with complimentary interior finishes and materials. Each townhouse is slightly different in colour palette and materials with a high-quality finish.
